Does Memori have international shipping?
For now, we ship only within the United States.
What is Memori’s return policy?
Once orders are placed, orders cannot be changed, returned, or cancelled.
How do pre-orders work?
Orders for the card game are now open and can be placed within a specified time frame. After the preorder period ends, production begins, and orders are typically shipped and delivered within approximately 8 weeks for domestic customers and 12 weeks for international customers. Throughout the process, customers will receive updates and notifications. Please note that once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled.
